Wollinka & Wollinka, Attorneys at Law was established in 1971 when David J. Wollinka’s father, Jerome E. Wollinka, moved to Tarpon Springs, FL from Milwaukee, WI. Since that time, the firm has provided a variety of services in the areas of estate planning, probate, commercial and residential real estate contracts, corporate law, closings, and title insurance, among other things.
In 1986, David J. Wollinka graduated from the University of Florida College of Law and joined his father at the firm. Father and son worked under the same roof for several years, and in 1990, David became a partner. Jerome retired that year, and passed away on August 12, 1992.
David opened a second location in Palm Harbor in 1993, and moved the firm’s Holiday office to the Trinity area in 2007. Over the years, Wollinka & Wollinka has endured with the same loyalty and dedication the firm afforded its clients since inception.
In 2011, the firm brought on associate, Ryan A. Doddridge. Mr. Doddridge spent his formative years in St. Petersburg and moved to Tarpon Springs in 2009.
