A Family Legacy of Legal Excellence

Wollinka & Wollinka was founded in 1971 when Jerome E. Wollinka relocated from Milwaukee, Wisconsin to Tarpon Springs, Florida. For the firm’s first decade, Jerome built his practice from the ground up, operating from his home before opening the firm’s first office in Pasco County in 1981.

In 1986, David J. Wollinka graduated from the University of Florida College of Law and joined his father in practice. Father and son worked side by side for years, and in 1990, David became a partner. That same year, Jerome retired; he passed away in 1992, leaving behind a legacy of integrity that continues to guide the firm today.

David expanded the firm’s reach, opening a second office in Palm Harbor in 1993 and establishing the firm’s Trinity location in 2007 — now the firm’s primary office, serving the rapidly growing Pasco County community.

In 2024, David’s stepson, Zachary R. Walters, joined the firm as an associate attorney — marking the third generation of family leadership. Together, David and Zachary continue to uphold the values passed down since 1971, while bringing a modern, thoughtful approach to every client relationship.
