David J. Wollinka, Esq.

Partner Attorney

David J. Wollinka has dedicated his entire legal career to the families and businesses of Pinellas and Pasco County. A lifelong Florida resident, David earned his Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Florida in 1983 — graduating with high honors — before earning his Juris Doctorate from the University of Florida College of Law in 1986. He joined his father, firm founder Jerome E. Wollinka, that same year and became a partner in 1990.

Over the course of nearly four decades in practice, David has built a reputation as one of the region’s most trusted and experienced attorneys in estate planning, probate, trust administration, real estate, and corporate law. He is licensed in all Florida State Courts and the U.S. District Court, Middle District of Florida, and maintains active membership in the Florida Bar, the West Pasco Bar Association, the West Pasco Estate Planning Council, the Clearwater Bar Association, and the Tampa Bay Real Estate Council.

David lives in the Tampa Bay area with his wife Michele and their five children.

Associate Attorney

Zachary R. Walters joined Wollinka & Wollinka in 2023, bringing a modern, detail-oriented approach to estate planning, probate, real estate, and corporate law. A Tampa native and University of Florida graduate, Zachary earned his Juris Doctorate from Cooley Law School in 2023, where he served on the Law Review and was inducted into the International Legal Honor Society of Phi Delta Phi — one of the oldest and most prestigious legal honor societies in the world.

Admitted to the Florida Bar in 2024, Zachary works alongside David Wollinka to provide clients with the same level of personal attention and legal excellence the firm has delivered since 1971. He represents the next generation of Wollinka & Wollinka — committed to upholding its legacy while meeting the evolving needs of today’s clients.
